Since I waffle indiscriminately between grams and cups I thought I should provide some handy conversion charts, although I can’t stress enough how handy it is to have a kitchen scale. Mine will convert between grams and ounces, it will even magically weigh liquid volumes! I’m sure it’s some sort of alien technology, but I overlook its ominous portend because it helps me cook.
